The PUDU MT1 Max is Pudu Robotics' AI-powered 3D-perception robotic sweeper for car parks, semi-outdoor areas and large indoor floors of up to 100,000 m². A 3D LiDAR with multi-sensor fusion maps accurately, detects obstacles in real time and navigates high ceilings, night-time and heavy interference; IP54 sealing defends against dust and water spray, and a water-drop sensor triggers a protective avoidance mode.

It empties the facility of any dirt and trash, from cigarette butts and paper scraps to large bottles, in a single sweep on a 70 cm path with 0 cm edge-to-edge cleaning and a 35 L waste container. Magic Cleaning on a dual-chip architecture drives AI adaptive cleaning — lower power for light debris to prevent scattering, more for heavy waste, and a body angle that guides debris into the dual-brush gap — plus trash recognition and spot cleaning at up to 7,000 m²/h; all-covered cleaning reaches 2,200 m²/h.

The smart obstacle avoidance upgrade is built for traffic: the MT1 Max stops to let vehicles pass, pauses at lane entrances or edges aside, and reacts quickly to pedestrians and animals that appear suddenly. A 1.2 m warning light, a safety projection light and audible and visual alerts make it visible to drivers, and it climbs slopes and crosses 50 mm speed bumps.

The optional auto-empty station empties the bin into an on-site trash bin and sends the robot back to work; automatic filter cleaning closes the maintenance loop. A 60 Ah battery gives 5–10 hours per charge (8 hours in standard mode), recharges in under 3.5 hours and docks automatically for 24/7 operation. Elevator and e-gate integration and PUDU Link management connect it to the site.
