Our story

From an industry gap to a global catalog

Robotix Market was built around a simple observation: while robotics research had matured into thousands of deployable platforms, the path for a business to actually buy one was a maze. We set out to consolidate that path — working through established distribution channels across China, Europe, and North America to bring warrantied, real-world robots into a single buying experience. Today our catalog spans more than 30 manufacturers across the full spectrum of commercial robotics, shipping worldwide.

What kinds of robots do you actually sell?

Humanoid robots (Fourier GR-series, Unitree H-series, UBTECH Walker), quadrupeds (Unitree Go2 / B2, Deep Robotics X-series), industrial robotic arms (SIASUN, Realman, Elephant Robotics), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs for warehouse and logistics), service and hospitality robots (Pudu BellaBot, KettyBot, FlashBot), cleaning robots, security and inspection robots, and AI research platforms. Around 600 individual SKUs across 30+ manufacturers.

How do you source your robots?

Every robot is sourced new through established distribution partners and ships with the full manufacturer warranty — not a third-party policy — plus official documentation and firmware. Spare parts and accessories come through the same supply chains, and technical support is coordinated with each manufacturer's service network.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide through accredited logistics partners. For Gulf-region customers we also run dedicated regional storefronts at robotixmarket.ae (UAE, AED), robotixmarket.qa (Qatar, QAR), and robotixmarket.me (Saudi Arabia / Kuwait / Oman, SAR/KWD/OMR) — each with local-currency pricing and Arabic-language support.

How does pricing work? Why don't all products show a price?

Most standard SKUs have published pricing visible on the product page in your local currency. Premium and enterprise-tier robots — humanoids, large industrial arms, fleet deployments — require configuration (payload, sensor package, regional certification, training) so we ask you to click Inquire Now for a quote tailored to your specifications. We aim to respond within one business day with a complete quote, not a sales handoff.

Can I order multiple robots or a fleet?

Yes. You can add multiple products to the cart and submit them as a single multi-item quote request, or contact us directly for fleet volume pricing. For larger deployments we'll also arrange manufacturer demos, on-site evaluation, integration consulting, and operator training programs.

What about support, training, and integration?

Every robot ships with manufacturer documentation and access to the original technical support channels. We coordinate ongoing assistance through the manufacturer's service network. For enterprise deployments we help scope integration requirements — including custom API/ROS guidance where applicable.
