Description
The Fairino FR10 is a medium-payload, long-reach six-axis collaborative robot in the FR-series, bridging compact 3–5 kg cobots and heavier industrial arms. With a 10 kg payload and an extended reach of roughly 1,400 mm, it carries larger parts and more substantial end effectors while covering wider workcells from a single mounting position.
Six rotating joints deliver the full pose control needed for machine loading, pallet-layer placement, multi-angle assembly, and process toolpaths. The generous reach can serve deeper machine envelopes, wider conveyors, or several pick-and-drop points without adding a linear track in light-duty cells. Operators work through a 10.1-inch teach pendant or mobile web app, and the integration-first controller supports TCP/IP and Modbus TCP/RTU, with optional Profinet, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCAT for both PLC-driven factories and software-led automation teams. Typical uses include machine tending and inter-station transfer, pick-and-place and packaging of larger items, light welding cells, and palletizing-adjacent tasks. Built largely from aluminium and steel at roughly 40 kg, the FR10 balances capacity and reach for adaptable, reconfigurable production lines.
