The SIASUN Laser Welding Robotic Solution is a complete robotic laser welding cell built around SIASUN's independently developed SR-series industrial robots — configurable with the SR12A-12/1.46 or SR25A-25/1.80 — paired with a MEGMEET integrated laser welding machine. The package brings together a high-precision laser source, a dedicated laser welding head, automatic wire-feeding equipment, and a water cooling system in one coordinated setup. Through continuous optimization of the robot's dynamics and control algorithms, the system achieves high trajectory accuracy, stable operation at speeds of 30 mm/s, and smooth transition performance even in complex welding postures.

Because laser welding is a non-contact process, the solution offers a flexible, controllable, efficient, and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional welding methods. Anti-interference digital communication keeps data transmission across the cell stable, while a dedicated function configuration page and application instruction set support fast setup and deeper application development.
