The SIASUN Palletizing Workstation is a DUCO-series collaborative palletizing cell built to make end-of-line palletizing effortless, pairing ultra-simple operation with rapid application deployment and a short return on investment. The station handles boxes up to 25 kg at a rate of 6 to 8 boxes per minute across an 1800 mm reach, all within a 1500 x 2100 mm floor space. A newly designed lift column gives the cell excellent rigidity and stability, a self-resetting button keeps day-to-day operation simple, and a touchscreen-guided interface walks users through setup even with no prior robotics experience, with a dedicated cable outlet providing both touchscreen cable storage and drag routing.

Because no safety fencing is required, operators can collaborate directly with the robot, and the modular design is easy to transport and quick to bring online: heavy-duty foot cups anchor the workstation firmly during operation while large casters make repositioning smooth when the line changes. Programming uses portable tablet-based teaching with visualized process configuration, so there are effectively zero entry barriers and product changeovers can be completed in as little as 3 minutes.
